IsraelGives can connect your account to any major Israeli merchant provider. Currently we support:

Each provider has benefits and downsides. Payme, for example, is the only company that accepts all credit card brands and has instant onboarding, but charges 0.5% more than the other companies. Here is how the companies compare, on fees and set-up time:

Recurring payments

While every company can process recurring donations, only Isracard and Visa CAL can set up special hora'at keva accounts that enable you to process recurring payments even if a donor's credit card has expired. Note that while Apple Pay is accepted by Meshulam and by Payme, a special approval by Apple is required (we can help)

How do I set up my accounts?

Paypal

if you don't yet have a Paypal account, head to Paypal.com to set up a "business account" for your organization. Once the account is created, find your API credentials and enter them into your IsraelGives account here.

Credit card and Bit

If you already have an account with one of the merchant providers, please contact us by live chat or email us, and we'll work to connect your existing account to our platform. If you want to set up a new account, please fill out one or more of the following forms:

Set-up costs

There is a one-time set-up fee of ₪300 for setting up or connecting a new merchant account to our platform. There is no cost for connecting your Paypal account.
